- Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you and originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited.
- Processing times: GCash and Maya deposits are processed instantly in standard operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take between 5–30 minutes to reflect in your pjwin balance. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation times which are outside pjwin's control.
- Deposit limits: pjwin may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits at the account level based on account status, verification level, and applicable regulations. Responsible gaming deposit limits set by the player at the account level take precedence over standard platform limits.

Withdrawals
pjwin is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. All withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso to a payment method registered in your name that has been verified as belonging to you. pjwin does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
- KYC completion: A completed and approved KYC verification is a mandatory prerequisite for all withdrawals. Accounts that have not completed KYC cannot process withdrawal requests regardless of account balance.
- Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Processing times: GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 5–15 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network conditions.
- Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to operational constraints and verification requirements.

Account Suspension and Termination
